At Evans we stamp more aluminum than any other metal. Because of its versatility, high strength-to-weight, rust-resistance, corrosion-resistance, heat tolerance, low spring-back, relatively low cost, availability and excellent ductility, it is a regular selection in a host of industries.

Our proven precision presses and our seasoned team create complex and custom parts as small as 0.020” or as large as 13.00” in aluminum thicknesses from 0.001” to 0.125”. Most secondary operations and stand-alone EDM drilling are in-house, as is tooling. We provide engineering support on request.

From prototypes to long runs, we meet quality standards, including RoHS, DFARS, ISO 9001, ASTM and customer-specific. We use conflict-free metals and comply with the Buy American Act.
