Evans Company Equipment for Manufacturing Deep Drawn and Progressive Die Metal Stampings

Evans corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility is located in East Providence, Rhode Island. We occupy a 30,000 sq. ft. modern, single story, air conditioned factory.

Several types of presses are used to make small, precise metal stampings. Punch presses include Asahi-Seiki, Greenerd, L&J, Minster, and Perkins. Transfer presses include U.S. Baird, Waterbury Farrel and Evans Specialty Presses, built in-house, for ultra-small components.

Other custom built equipment includes rolling machines, de-burring machines, ultrasonic cleaning machines and assembly equipment. All tools are designed, made and maintained in house.
